NEOM is owned entirely by the Public Investment Fund (PIF). It sits in the Tabuk region, northwest Saudi Arabia, and spans four separate sub-projects. Construction is active. Tens of thousands of workers are on-site today.

The project operates under its own legal and regulatory framework - separate from standard Saudi law. Foreign investors can own 100% of property inside the zone.

  • THE LINE: A 170km city, 500m tall, 200m wide. 9 million residents by 2045. No roads. 20-minute end-to-end transit.
  • Oxagon: A floating industrial port at the Gulf of Aqaba. One of the largest floating structures in the world.
  • Sindalah: A luxury island resort in the Red Sea. Targeting high-net-worth visitors from 2025.
  • Trojena: A mountain resort with Saudi Arabia's first outdoor ski slope. Year-round cool climate at altitude.

Global

A luxury destination across 90+ Red Sea islands. Built for high-end tourism. First resorts already open.

Red Sea Global (RSG) manages two major projects: The Red Sea and Amaala. The Red Sea project opened its first resorts in 2023. An international airport is already operational, serving guests today.

75% of the destination is protected conservation area. Single-use plastics are banned. All energy is renewable. RSG offers a residential programme for qualifying investors.

  • The Red Sea: 90+ islands. 50 resorts and 8,000+ hotel keys by 2030. Luxury residential community included.
  • Amaala: Ultra-luxury wellness and arts destination at Triple Bay. Targeting ultra-HNWI guests. Under construction.

Qiddiya is owned by PIF and sits 45km west of Riyadh. It covers six themed zones - entertainment, sports, arts, nature, and residential. Over 100,000 people will live there.

The Formula E circuit is operational. Six Flags Qiddiya - the world's largest Six Flags park - opens in 2025. The development serves a catchment population of 25 million people.

Diriyah is 12km from Riyadh's city centre. It was founded in 1744 as the first Saudi state. The At-Turaif district was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2010. It is already open to visitors today.

The Bujairi Terrace - a premium dining and cultural district - has been operational since 2022. Over 38 luxury hotels are planned inside the development.
