More than properties
A higher perspective
The story
Saddlepoint helps people find and buy homes in Saudi Arabia. Our focus is Jeddah and Madinah. Makkah and Riyadh follow.
Most property information in the Kingdom lives in brochures, price sheets and message threads, often in Arabic only. We collect those documents, read them, translate them and enter what they say into one database.
Every price, size and distance on this site comes from the project's own documents. If a document does not state something, we leave it out and ask the developer. We do not fill gaps with estimates.
A buyer abroad should be able to do what a buyer in Jeddah can do: pick a city, set the bedrooms and the size, open the map, and see what is there.
From first question to title deed
- 01
Advisory
Tell us the city, the district, the budget or the bedrooms. An advisor shortlists the projects that fit and explains the difference between them.
- 02
Checked listings
Every price, size and floor plan is read from the official project documents and checked by a person before it goes on the site. Each project has its own reference number.
- 03
Foreign buyer setup
We take non-Saudi buyers through the Digital ID, the Saudi bank account and company registration, following the steps published by the government.
- 04
Reservation to title deed
One point of contact for the reservation, the contract, the payment schedule and the title deed, issued through approved government channels.
Licensed and regulated
Saddlepoint is a FAL licensed real estate brokerage, regulated by the Real Estate General Authority (REGA), and works in support of Saudi Vision 2030.
