What this site is

Saddlepoint lists residential developments in Saudi Arabia on behalf of their developers and helps buyers find and purchase a home. The site is for information and to put you in touch with us. It is not an offer to sell, and nothing on it forms a contract.

A purchase is concluded only through the official channels the Kingdom sets: a signed contract with the developer and the registration of ownership on the Saudi Properties portal of the Real Estate General Authority. Never pay anyone on the strength of this site alone.

Information and prices

Facts on each project page come from the developer's own documents on the date we read them. Prices, sizes, availability, completion dates and payment plans can change without notice, and the developer's signed contract always prevails over the site.

Prices are in Saudi Riyal. Amounts shown in other currencies are conversions at a recent exchange rate for your convenience only.

Our role

Saddlepoint markets projects and acts as an intermediary between you and the developer. The developer is responsible for the project, its construction, its permits and its delivery. Saddlepoint is not the developer of any project on this site.

We give information, not legal, tax or investment advice. Rules on who may own property in the Kingdom are set by Saudi law and the competent authorities. Confirm your own eligibility with a licensed adviser.

Content

Text, photographs, renders, floor plans and video on this site belong to Saddlepoint or to the developers who allowed us to use them. You may view and share links to pages. You may not copy, scrape, republish or sell the content.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for them.

Liability

We work carefully, but we cannot promise the site is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, Saddlepoint is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site, from a developer's acts or omissions, or from interruptions to the service.

Law
