Facts and figures

Prices, sizes, availability, completion dates and payment plans are as printed in the developer's documents on the date we read them, or as the developer told us. Confirm every figure with Saddlepoint before you commit. The developer's signed contract prevails.

Where a fact is missing from the documents, we leave it out rather than guess.

Pictures and plans

Photographs and renders are supplied by developers. Renders show the design intent and may differ from the finished building. Floor plans are indicative; areas are as stated by the developer and may be rounded.

Status, demand and availability

"Ready to move" and "Off plan" are as stated by the developer. "High demand" means the developer's latest availability sheet shows most units reserved or sold. "Selling fast" is Saddlepoint's own view of buyer activity, not a figure from the developer. Neither is a guarantee that a unit is available, nor a prediction of value.

Unit availability changes daily. The developer's current sheet is the only reliable one.

No investment advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax or investment advice. Saddlepoint does not promise returns, rental income or appreciation. Rental yield and rent figures on this site are Saddlepoint estimates for new buildings, based on official averages (REGA Real Estate Indicators: Ejar rent contracts and Ministry of Justice deeds) and the listed prices, before costs, vacancy and fees. Property values can go down as well as up.

Foreign buyers

Ownership by non-Saudis is governed by Saudi law and the Real Estate General Authority, including special rules for Makkah and Madinah. Our Non-Resident Guide summarises the official steps; it is not a substitute for them. Eligibility is decided by the authorities, not by Saddlepoint.

Trademarks

Trump Plaza Jeddah is not owned, developed or sold by The Trump Organization or any of their current or former principals or affiliates. The owner and developer of the property uses the Trump name and mark under license.

Project names are the developers' own. Saddlepoint is the point of contact for every project on this site.
