Owners get Four Seasons residential services with a dedicated lobby per tower, valet and 24 hour staff, an owners' indoor pool, men's and women's gyms, a residents' club lounge, a spa with hammam and sauna, a kids' club, a ballroom and restaurants. A dated payment plan runs to handover in June 2027, and 43 of the 76 residences were available in October 2026.
