Trump Tower is a 47 storey branded residential tower on the Red Sea Corniche in Al Shati, designed by Gensler. Residences run from one bedroom homes of about 70 square metres to four bedroom homes and penthouses of up to 365 square metres, with floor to ceiling windows, private terraces and smart home systems.
Owners get a members' club with a cigar lounge, a podium pool with jacuzzi and cabanas, a 24 hour gym, a spa, restaurants, a business centre and concierge and valet services. Red Sea Mall, Jeddah Marina and the Corniche circuit are nearby. Foundation works are complete and the superstructure is under way; handover is planned for December 2029.
