Dhahiat Residence is a group of 149 homes in a planned residential community on the Jeddah to Makkah expressway. The developer states that the community lies inside the Haram boundary of Makkah and inside the area open to non-Saudi ownership.
There are four collections in twelve designs. Al Naeem villas have four to six bedrooms. Al Kawthar duplexes have three or four. Al Salam townhouses have three bedrooms and two private entrances. Al Firdous buildings have three floors with a separate three bedroom home on each floor. Homes have 328 to 658 square metres built on plots of 300 to 1,143 square metres. An Al Firdous building has 743 square metres over its three floors.
Every design has a driver's or maid's room and its own parking. The facades use wooden rawasheen screens, a traditional design of the region.
The homes sit close to the community's mall, hotel and central park. The wider plan includes schools, mosques, parks, a health centre and civil services.
Homes are sold off plan under a Wafi licence.
Ownership. The developer lists the community inside the area open to non-Saudi ownership. In Makkah, non-Saudi buyers must be Muslim.
