Masar Corner is a pair of residential towers of 33 and 27 floors in the Center Zone of the Masar destination on King Abdulaziz Road in Makkah, about two kilometres from Al Masjid Al Haram and overlooking King Abdullah Mosque Square. The 526 residences run from studios of about 42 square metres to one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses of up to 265 square metres with Haram and plaza views, all fully finished and furnished with kitchen appliances and air conditioning.
Residents get smart home systems, a dedicated prayer hall, EV charging, automated waste collection and golf carts towards the Haram. Sales opened at the end of September 2026 with buyers from more than 50 countries, and eligible non Saudi Muslims can own subject to approval. Completion is planned for 2029.
