Amaya spans approximately 1,000,000 square metres and is described in its brochure as among the final major landholdings in central Jeddah.
Al Amal Avenue runs through the middle of the site and links the old city with King Abdulaziz Road. A tunnel beneath King Abdulaziz Road is in the works to give direct access to the Al Shatea area.
The masterplan includes mosques, schools and kindergartens, parks, medical centres, offices, shops and restaurants. Select plots are offered to Saudi and international investors for residential and commercial towers.
