Mi Vida Villas

Mi Vida Villas is a small gated row of eight villas in Obhur Al Janubiyah, north Jeddah, on the second plot from King Abdulaziz Road and directly opposite the beach. Each villa stands on a 625 square metre plot with 800 square metres of built area over two floors and a roof annex, on a 20 metre street, with its own pool, a lift, ducted central air conditioning, central gas, a driver's room and three covered parking spaces.

The ground floor has a large outdoor majlis, a guest majlis with its own bathroom, a dining room, a double height main living room, an open American kitchen with a separate dirty kitchen, a maid's room with bathroom, a laundry and rear seating. The first floor holds a full master suite with sleeping area, dressing room, study, bathroom and balcony seating, two further master bedrooms with dressing rooms, and a family living room. The annex adds three bedrooms, a wide living room, a service area and the main roof terrace. Planted beds inside and out, wide windows, double height spaces and skylights run through the design.

The building permit is issued and the developer is registering the project under Wafi, the off plan sales programme. Handover is expected about 14 months from October 2026. The villas carry ten years of insurance against hidden defects, a 15 year structural guarantee, water and thermal insulation guarantees, two years on plumbing, five years on sanitary ware and 20 years on appliances under the agent's guarantee.
